ULYSSES as remedial reading for dyslexics

I'm reading a wonderful memoir, publised in 19779, by Eileen Simpson, REVERSALS: A PERSONAL ACCOUNT OF VICTORY OVER DYSLEXIA. In it she relates how in her struggle to read she came across ULYSSES, With its weird spellings and words and just plain humorous weirdness (along with whole sections that brilliant readers didn't get as well), the novel was perfect for her.

Will somebody please put Stephen Dedalus out of his misery

The edition I'm reading doesn't have chapter titles, just big section roman numerals.

I'm now in the part where various citizens of Dublin are doing walking about and doing their thing.

A brief Stephen Dedalus point of view as well.

Can't stand that guy. Because I don't understand him, I suppose. But also because he's just so damn...so damn...something
